Below are all the current policies of SaveBuyLive.com.  It’s dry reading, but necessary.

Advertising

  • As you can see there are ads.
  • Ads are necessary to cover the costs of all the time I’m putting into it and the domain and sever space.
  • Some ads are affiliate links (e.g. Amazon).
  • I will try my best to make sure that whatever is advertised is actually helpful to my readers.
  • I can’t control what Google Ads displays.
  • If you would like to advertise here please contact me.

Book Reviews

  • I hope to start doing book reviews for personal finance related books.
  • If you have a book you want me to review, feel free to send me a copy.
  • I make no guarantee that I will read any book sent, or that I will review it, or that the review will be favorable.
  • I do guarantee that the review will be honest.

Comments

  • Please keep your comments civil and sane.  I’ll delete anything off-topic or with excess profanity.
  • Have fun!

Guest Posts

  • If you’d like to write a guest post, rock on.  So long as it’s on something that I think my readers will enjoy I’ll accept it.
  • Your post does not have to agree with me.  Healthy debate and new ideas are essential to becoming more knowledgeable and better at personal finance.  Your post should be well written and related to the overall topics of the blog.
  • If you write a guest post you are invited to submit up to five (5) links to other blog posts you have written and that you think will benefit my readers.
  • Guest posts do not necessarily represent the views of SaveBuyLive.com.
  • I remain the final arbiter on all things guest post related.

Posting schedule

  • One post per day Monday - Friday.
  • Weekly roundup post of personal finance blog articles that caught my eye on most Saturdays.
  • Additional posts will pop up as as I see fit.
  • Posting frequency may increase or decrease after a few months depending on how things go with the blog and in my life.

  • I won’t sell or give away any personal information collected.
  • The sever, blogging platform or affiliate ads may collect information via cookies or other web tracking technologies.  If this bothers you, consult your browser options on how to turn these features off.
